I sold my first home and bought a new home. I was nervous of the process at first. However, Latonia and King made the process easy and smooth. I could not have asked for a better team to help me. They answered all my questions and was there every step of the way. I am pleased with my new home and definitely will work them again in the future.

Latonia Parks and her team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I was buying a house 800 miles aways from me and they made the process seamless like I was moving next door. Latonia herself has to be one of the most kind, passionate and professional realtors in the business, she was always available and quick to respond to any of my questions.
She was extremely thorough on her initial walk-through of the house showing me all the small details seller photos can't show you. Even when my moving date was moved up by two weeks, this was no problem for Latonia. She crammed a month's worth of work into two weeks and got me and my family into our dream home when I believed no one else could.

Mrs.Parks has been an incredible help for my wife and I as first time home buyers. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and offers great advice when you need it.
This past month my wife and I were in the process of buying our first house. Our realtor Latonia was very helpful throughout that process. She stayed on top of everything and was always available through text or call. We were sending her houses that we were interested in almost daily, and she was very good at getting viewings lined up for them that same day. Then if me or my wife were unable to be there in person Latonia would send us thorough walk through videos of those properties. Another thing that we appreciated was how during the viewings she would point out potential areas of concern in those houses that wouldn't have occurred to us to look out for otherwise. Overall, Latonia made the process of viewing and placing offers on the houses we were interested in very easy and she helped us successfully get our first home.
